Treehouse World

This place is like a fantasy land for little and big kids alike. We celebrated my kids party here without paying for a package, simply bc we weren’t gonna have the numbers. We got them the full day tickets and got there around opening time. They could have stayed longer and done more. We order a pizza for delivery to eat at the picnic tables w umbrellas they have set up conveniently by the front. We had a great time.

We love it here! We’ve been here twice, the most recent time being today for my son’s birthday party! It was such a great place for a party. In my opinion, the prices were extremely reasonable and the guy in charge of our party was AMAZING! He was so attentive to everything we needed and went above and beyond. Thank you for making my son’s birthday such a great experience.

I took my children to treehouse world for the first time last week. It’s a cute set up but they definitely need to hire more staff or find a better way to manage staff to activity ratio and need to fix their machinery. IMO making spectators pay $15 is ridiculous. The park wasn’t busy but the wait for activities was longer than expected - 1 to 2 people slowly doing harnessing, 1 person managing 7 trees for climbing (can’t safely spot 7 children and kids had to wait to change as this poor boy was running around like crazy. At the pirate ship the employee “catching people” was barely paying attention, it scared my one daughter because she didn’t think he noticed she was jumping. Then after kids jumped he would weirdly run off to the top of the ship and jump down himself, causing paying customers to wait. My daughter then decided to try the trampoline jumper out front and she jumped and came down& got stuck in the metal support wires! It hurt her, scared her and ruined the rest of our time. What happened next was unacceptable in my opinion. I went in and informed the front desk what happened- they did not appear concerned or care she was injured until I kept asking them questions around it. They informed me it happens often (already 2x that day) and rather than fixing it or having professionals inspect it they had been relying on their staff to monitor the children as they are jumping & try to guide them forward if they get too close to the support wires. This is extremely dangerous and flawed -2 employees accountable for the safety of 4 kids while they are loading/unloading at all different times. I have taken my kids on similar jumpers multiple times and have never witnessed an issue like this. Another guy at the front desk came over and explained the process they would have to do to get it inspected/fixed but “would have to be approved by their management.” I hope management comes to their senses and actually cares about our childrens’ safety and gets this issue resolved before a serious injury happens. (As it seemed clear they all are aware of it but doing nothing to fix the actual equipment issue)

We hosted a birthday party here at Treehouse world for my 10 year old and several of her friends. The facility is really awesome and everyone enjoyed how unique this place is. They have ax throwing, cool treehouses to explore, rope suspension bridges and zip lines. There are treehouse bungalow type places for birthday parties and all the kids are guaranteed to have fun.

We had my daughter's birthday party here and it was a great time. Hollis coordinated all the party details, and Tressa was our party host. I can't say enough good things. Everything went so smoothly and all the guests had a great time. I love that you can stay at Treehouse World after the party as well, great so that it doesn't feel all rushed after the party. Prices were reasonable and i'd absolutely recommend Treehouse World for parties (and normal visits, too- very cool place).
